Am I the only one who is slightly disappointed that there won't be a breakaway championship with the big F1 teams? After seeing a tentative schedule yesterday I was rather looking forward to this.

It's probably for the best that there wasn't - the real danger was an IRL/CART style split, but yes, i liked the sound of what FOTA were saying...
I too was looking forward to the renegade FOTA, if for no other reason than to jettison the Mad Max and Burpin' Bernie Show.....

A breakaway would be good for the sport!
